10th Circuit Court Opinion

On 12 September 2008 the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, Denver, made an interesting ruling. The three-judge panel decided that sets of Latin crosses used by the City of Las Cruces as its symbol and the Las Cruces Public Schools similar symbol are non-religious. And that using the singular exclusive word 'religion' is OK instead of using the plural inclusive word 'religions' when discussing the teaching about religions in history and cultural geography classes. Since the litigation process is still on-going I will continue comments later.
